1. What's the catch with Fresh Million?
   There is no catch. You simply place your entry. The jackpot is 50% of each entry placed.
2. How does Fresh Million work?
   £1,000,000 is up for grabs. Register for free and start submitting your entry. To enter answer our easy question and submit the answer with your entry fee of £2.
3. Is Fresh Million legal?
   Fresh Million is legal in the UK, where Fresh Million is based. If you are from a country other than the UK, it is your responsibility to know if it is unlawful in your jurisdiction.
4. Can anyone join and enter?
   Anyone over the age of 18 can join as long as it is not unlawful in your jurisdiction. Employees, relatives, associates and affiliates of Fresh Million are not permitted to enter the draw.
5. Will I be notified when the competition ends?
   Yes, you will be notified when the competition comes to an end.
6. Where can I view the results of the competition?
   Shortly after the competition has successfully closed, normally within one month, the results will be displayed in the winners section of the website.

1. Can I submit multiple entries?
   Yes, you can submit multiple entries. Each entry costs £2.
2. What happens if one million entries are not received?
   If there are less than one million entries in 4 months time then the draw will take place anyway. The jackpot will be 50% of each entry placed. The current pot shown on the website will be updated every week.

1. When will I be charged the entry fee?
   The entry fee is paid when an entry is submitted.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
   We only accept payment online. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Visa Electron, Switch, Solo and American Express.
3. How do I know that your website is secure enough to give you my credit card details?
   The highest industry standards of security are used to protect your credit card details. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used to transfer information over the Internet.
4. What are the cancellation terms and do I get refunded?
   Once an entry has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled.

Payment:

1. How do I receive the money that I have won?
   A cheque for the amount you have won will be issued to the name you have registered with us posted by Recorded Delivery to the address you have registered with us.
2. Are there any handling charges?
   We will pay the shipping costs.
